Settings for Seco cigarette and vape machines
These settings apply to cigarette and vape machines from Seco. Set them once on the machine so that the SENVEND terminal works properly.
Formerly Garz and FrickeGarz and Fricke was taken over by Seco. If your machine still says Garz and Fricke, these are exactly the settings that apply.
Terminal must be set to suspended modeWithout additional settings on the SENVEND side, the terminal does not work on a Seco machine. A SENVEND technician has to set the terminal to what is called suspended mode. Please contact our support for this: help@senvend.com / +49 231 4499210.

Settings on the machine
You make these settings directly on the machine.
Check the software version and update if necessary
Check which firmware is running on your machine and update it if necessary. Which versions work with SENVEND is listed under Firmware versions.
Open the settings
Go to the machine’s Einstellungen (settings).
Set the parameters
Set the following parameters:
Check the card system
If the SENVEND terminal is already connected, also check under Kartensystem (card system):
Prepayment from version 05.03
From version 05.03.* there is another important option:
Exit the menu
Exit the menu and close the machine.
Internet connectionThe internet connection may only run via LAN or special USB modems.
Compatibility
Firmware versions
Not every machine firmware works with the SENVEND terminal. Check which version is installed before setting up.
Update only with special hardwareThe machine software can only be updated with special hardware. Please talk to your specialist dealer about this.
