Troubleshooting
When something doesn't work
The most common stumbling blocks during commissioning – and what is behind them.
Terminal does not respond to selections
You have activated Always Idle or Remote Vend although your machine does not support these functions or has not enabled them. Deactivate both settings.
Age verification does not respond
The prerequisite is that you have booked the AV package . Then activate proactive age verification – your machine does not tell the terminal when an age-restricted product has been selected.
Age is not released
Take a look at the machine settings FAQ – it also lists the software versions your machine needs.
Third-party master telemetry set up correctly?
If another telemetry system is running as master on the machine, it has to be configured accordingly. Check the settings of the third-party telemetry if payments or messages do not work as expected.
